After Sales Service Specialist-Electrical

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kano State, Nigeria for an After Sales Service Specialist - Electrical. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - 4–7 years of hands-on experience in diesel & Gas generator installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Experience in aftersales service, field service, or maintenance support - Experience working with ATS panels, synchronization panels, and control systems - Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures - Familiarity with synchronization and load-sharing systems - Basic mechanical knowledge related to engines (advantage) - Ability to respond to breakdown calls and emergency service requests - Conduct site inspections and prepare technical service reports - Provide technical support and guidance to clients - Willingness to work overtime and on emergency call-outs.
