After-Sales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and assistance to customers on solar system performance and maintenance. - Diagnose and resolve faults or performance issues in installed systems. - Conduct system checks, preventive maintenance, and performance assessments. - Prepare detailed service and maintenance reports after each customer visit or support call. - Train customers on proper use, maintenance, and safe operation of systems. - Collaborate with the technical team to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements. - Maintain accurate records of service activities, spare parts usage, and customer interactions. - Participate in technical training to enhance product knowledge and field skills. Required Qualifications: & Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related fields). - Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience are encouraged to apply. - Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy systems is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. - Willingness to work onsite and travel to customer locations as needed. - Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
