Key Responsibilities

Product Knowledge & Testing

• Assist in testing creams and skincare formulations for texture, scent, and skin feel
• Provide feedback on effectiveness and suitability for different skin types
• Stay updated on product ingredients and their benefits

Customer Guidance & Sales Support

• Conduct skin analysis for customers to recommend appropriate products
• Educate clients on correct product usage, including application methods, frequency, and precautions
• Address common skin concerns such as acne, dryness, hyperpigmentation, and sensitivity
• Promote and upsell creams and related skincare products

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure products are packaged, labeled, and stored according to safety standards
• Follow hygiene protocols when demonstrating or applying products
• Report any adverse reactions or product issues to the laboratory team

Demonstrations & Training

• Conduct product demonstrations for clients and distributors
• Train sales staff and customers on skincare routines and product benefits

Administrative Support

• Maintain client consultation records
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to support product formulation improvements
• Assist with stock management and product display

Requirements
