Advert Executive

The Role We’re looking for a smart Advert Executive who knows how to sell media, close deals, and build brand partnerships. If you’re confident pitching ideas, negotiating sponsorships, and earning based on performance, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: - Source and pitch brands for podcast ads, sponsorships, and branded content - Close advertising and partnership deals - Build long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and SMEs - Work with our content team to align brand goals with show formats - Track leads, deals, and performance - Hit (and beat) agreed revenue targets Requirements: - Minimum 2 years experience in advertising sales, media sales, partnerships, or sponsorships - Strong communication and pitching skills - Comfortable selling digital media or content-led products - Self-driven and target-oriented - Existing brand or agency contacts is a plus Compensation - Salary and Commission-based pay - Bonuses and incentives for strong performance - Opportunity to grow into a senior commercial role
