Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive male corper to support our administrative team. The successful candidate will handle clerical tasks, manage schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, correspondence)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain confidential records and filing systems
- Prepare reports, minutes, and other business documents
- Provide administrative support to departments as needed
- Perform other assigned duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
- Basic experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
