## Title: Administrative Officer

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for an Administrative position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of office operations
  • Prepare, update, and manage official records and correspondence
  • Ensure submission of reports and documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Assist with staff attendance records
  • Maintain updated staff and student files

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc., B.Ed., or HND in Management, Administration, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working as an administrator or marketer

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
