## Title: Administrative Officer (NYSC) — Hoop Telecoms

About the Role

Hoop Telecoms is seeking an Administrative Officer to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment while providing comprehensive support to staff and management. You will manage office resources and maintain organizational systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, greeting visitors, and handling incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages) with professionalism
  • Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies, equipment, and resources, placing and tracking orders in adherence to budget
  • Ensure the general office environment is professional, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards
  • Coordinate with service providers (maintenance, IT support, cleaning) to ensure all office facilities and equipment are in excellent working order

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a B2 Corps Member posted to Lagos (Mainland)
  • Yet to have a PPA (Primary Place of Assignment)

Essential Skills

  • Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues independently, and prioritize tasks effectively
