## Title: Administrative Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Officer to support the smooth operation of our daily activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks confidently. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Location

Lagos, Nigeria (Candidates must reside on the Island, preferably Lekki Phase 1)

Salary Range

₦140,000 – ₦220,000 monthly (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, including correspondence, visitor management, and records keeping
  • Manage office supplies and inventory; liaise with vendors for procurement and facility services
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, staff travel plans, and internal schedules
  • Maintain structured filing systems—both digital and physical
  • Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and administrative expenditure reports
  • Provide support to HR for onboarding, staff file updates, and internal communications
  • Ensure a functional and safe office environment by coordinating repairs, maintenance, and utilities
  • Draft letters, memos, and basic reports; take minutes during internal meetings
  • Support special company projects, events, and operational initiatives as assigned

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timeliness & Accuracy: Quick response to administrative requests; error-free documentation
  • Office Efficiency: Adequate stock of office supplies with no downtime; reduced administrative delays
  • Record Management: Keep files properly updated, secured, and easy to retrieve
  • Cost Control: Effective budget management and cost-efficient procurement
  • Facility Readiness: Zero recurrent issues with office utilities and maintenance
  • Communication Quality: Clear, professional internal and external correspondence

Qualifications

  • BSc/HND in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant administrative experience
