## Title: Administrative Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a professional Administrative Officer to serve as the central point of contact for all employees. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage employee queries, and ensure that all administrative activities run smoothly on both a daily and long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office stock and inventory
  • Prepare regular reports including expense tracking and office budget management
  • Organize and maintain company records
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee administrative needs
  • Support daily office operations and administrative functions

Required Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
  • High school diploma
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Proficiency with office management software, particularly MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools

Additional Qualifications

Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
