This is an in-person position based in Abuja, requiring availability Monday to Saturday. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and coordination
  • Manage documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping
  • Support HR, procurement, and logistics functions
  • Handle scheduling, inventory tracking, and administrative procedures
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or office management
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday
