Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and coordination
- Manage documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Support HR, procurement, and logistics functions
- Handle scheduling, inventory tracking, and administrative procedures
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or office management
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday
