## Title: Administrative Officer

About the Role

Chelis Bookazine Limited, Nigeria's leading supplier of educational materials, is seeking a meticulous Administrative Officer to uphold administrative efficiency and financial integrity at our esteemed sourcing school in Surulere, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
  • Handle financial transactions and maintain financial records
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to organizational policies

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC work experience in administrative roles

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Location Preference

Close proximity or within reasonable commuting distance to Bode Thomas Road, Surulere is preferred.
