## Title: Administrative Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Officer to join our team at Gresyndale Legal in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, tech-savvy, innovative, and hardworking, with the ability to manage general administrative and resource management functions effectively. You should be driven, goal-oriented, and hands-on in your approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and systems to enhance productivity and effectiveness
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Collaborate with the legal team to support administrative needs, including court filings, pickup and delivery of correspondences, packages and court processes, and document organization
- Provide administrative support to other departments and teams, facilitating cross-functional communication
- Take minutes of meetings and ensure timelines are effectively communicated and met
- Purchase and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely procurement and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
- Organize and maintain effective online and offline filing systems, carrying out regular filings
- Address administrative issues and challenges, implementing solutions to improve overall efficiency
- Handle internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence, maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Supervise the activities of junior support staff
- Perform other administrative functions as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Officer or in a similar administrative role
