Job Responsibilities
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative Officer to join our Port Harcourt office.
- The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and skilled in administrative and digital communication tasks.
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Manage office records, documentation, and correspondence
- Handle social media marketing and online brand engagement
- Assist in coordinating office operations and staff activities
- Perform basic IT and computer-related tasks
- Support management with reports and daily operational tasks
Requirements:
- Education: BSc / HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience: 2–3 years relevant work experience
Skills:
- Social Media Marketing and content handling
- Strong computer and IT skills (MS Word, Excel, email, internet tools)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Additional relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
