Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes - Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance - Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events - Maintain filing systems and documentation - Prepare reports, memos, and internal communications - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Support management with operational coordination Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field - 3–5 years administrative experience - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
