We are a vibrant and growing media house passionate about capturing stories through photography, videography, lifestyle events, and curated group tours. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Administrative Officer to join our team in Lagos.
Position Overview
This role is central to keeping our operations efficient while strengthening client relationships and supporting sales growth. The Administrative Officer will manage daily administrative functions, assist with client communication, and ensure our projects run smoothly while keeping clients engaged and satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and productive working environment
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier packages, etc.)
- Run office errands and ensure timely delivery or pickup of documents and materials
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, interviews, and appointments
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other business documents as required
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems, databases, and confidential company records
- Monitor office supply inventory and liaise with vendors for timely procurement
- Assist in managing company email correspondence and basic social media communications
- Provide administrative support during events, book launches, trainings, and workshops
- Liaise with external partners, freelancers, contributors, vendors, and contractors on behalf of the company
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1–2 years' experience in administration, sales, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
