An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Position Overview:
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the business
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily administrative functions of the office, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain organized records, including filing documents, handling correspondence, and managing databases.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management and other staff
Required Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in maintaining records and reports.
