## Title: Administrative Manager

Job Summary

The Administrative Manager is responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring efficient administrative processes within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
  • Coordinate staff schedules, maintain records, and ensure smooth workflow
  • Supervise procurement of ingredients, materials, and supplies
  • Manage inventory and create job orders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support management in decision-making
  • Follow up on customer complaints and resolution

Requirements

  • BSc Degree or HND in any field
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in any discipline
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good leadership skills

Compensation

₦180,000 monthly (net)
