## Title: Front Desk Officer / Administrative Executive
About the Role
Hodskey Consultants Limited is seeking a diligent and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Front Desk Officer/Administrative Executive. The ideal candidate must be resident in Benin City with a minimum of 2 years of experience and able to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors professionally and courteously
- Manage calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars
- Assist in organizing meetings and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Handle administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensure security procedures for visitor access
- Collaborate with departments as needed
- Uphold high standards of customer service
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with office equipment (multi-line phones, printers, etc.)
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
