## Title: Front Desk Officer / Administrative Executive

About the Role

Hodskey Consultants Limited is seeking a diligent and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Front Desk Officer/Administrative Executive. The ideal candidate must be resident in Benin City with a minimum of 2 years of experience and able to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors professionally and courteously
  • Manage calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Handle administrative tasks as assigned
  • Ensure security procedures for visitor access
  • Collaborate with departments as needed
  • Uphold high standards of customer service

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with office equipment (multi-line phones, printers, etc.)
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if required
