## Title: Administrative Assistant (NYSC Candidate)

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and supporting our team across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain organized records, files, and databases
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, memos, and other business documents as required
  • Support coordination of company events, trainings, and client meetings
  • Handle office supplies and ensure the workspace is well-maintained
  • Collaborate with other departments to support daily business functions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Professional attitude with commitment to confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
