## Title: Administrative Assistant
About the Role
Transinnovation Motors Nigeria Limited (TIM Motors) is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team in Lagos. You will provide essential support to the office by handling administrative duties, coordinating schedules, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and maintain a tidy work environment
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files
- Draft and format documents, memos, and reports
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Support HR and management with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Support office logistics when necessary, including driving duties
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND or related qualification
- Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
