## Title: Administrative Assistant
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Skyrule Travels in Lagos, Nigeria as an Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Greet visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Manage office supply inventory
- Process mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and sending correspondence related to travel bookings
- Support travel booking operations, including data entry, making reservations, and following up on travel-related inquiries
- Provide support for bookkeeping and accounting duties as needed
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required
Required Qualifications
- First degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role (advantageous)
