## Title: Administrative Assistant

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Skyrule Travels in Lagos, Nigeria as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
  • Greet visitors and clients, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Manage office supply inventory
  • Process mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and sending correspondence related to travel bookings
  • Support travel booking operations, including data entry, making reservations, and following up on travel-related inquiries
  • Provide support for bookkeeping and accounting duties as needed
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required

Required Qualifications

  • First degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role (advantageous)
