Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Lagos. The Admin will be responsible for daily administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with financial records. This role also includes providing exceptional customer service, supporting the team with various administrative needs, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office management software and MS Office Suite
- Experience as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus
- Experience in a healthcare establishment is advantageous
