## Title: Administrative Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will serve as a key operational support function, managing front desk duties, office administration, and coordinating between departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the office front desk
  • Organize and maintain physical files and records with proper filing systems
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary
  • Manage official correspondence, reports, and internal memos
  • Provide hospitality support for the CEO, Directors, Managers, and guests by coordinating refreshments, meals, and fulfilling hospitality needs
  • Assist with staff coordination and internal communications
  • Ensure utilities, equipment, and facilities are functioning properly and liaise with vendors for maintenance or services
  • Support the HR and operations departments with documentation and logistics
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and logistics
  • Support the HR department in coordinating office meetings
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and efficient office environment
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow
