## Title: Administrative Assistant - Accounting & HR Support

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations while providing support in basic accounting and human resources functions. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and scheduling
  • Arrange reports, prepare documents, and organize filing systems
  • Assist in recording transactions and maintaining financial records
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Manage HR documentation and administrative requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting and administrative tasks
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
