Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, and respond to inquiries.
- Provide support to managers and employees as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- First degree in any field of study.
- A least one year experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proximity to the office location will be considered.
