## Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating activities, and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
  • Coordinate travel itineraries, bookings, and expense reports
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, faxes)
  • Respond to inquiries, redirect calls, and take messages
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Order supplies, manage inventory, and track expenses
  • Ensure office equipment is in good working order
  • Provide support to colleagues and executives
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
  • Maintain organised filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Requirements

  • OND/BSc./BA in business administration, secretarial duties, or any related field
  • 1–2 years' experience in administration or office management
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, especially Microsoft Excel)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Computer proficiency
  • Must reside within Ikeja or its immediate environs
