About the Role

An established company is recruiting for an Administration Support Staff to provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and management team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Handle filing, record-keeping, and data entry
  • Support scheduling of property inspections, meetings, and events
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and clients

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • Proven administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
