Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and management
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence
- Handle filing, record-keeping, and data entry
- Support scheduling of property inspections, meetings, and events
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and clients
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Proven administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
