## Title: Admin Officer - Travel & Logistics

Position Overview

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Admin Officer - Travel & Logistics. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support for travel and hotel itineraries for both local and expatriate staff. Key responsibilities include stock management and distribution, documentation, updating administrative files, and arranging all travel-related tests at designated laboratories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make reservations and bookings for both local and international flights
  • Arrange new protocols for logistics, hotel, and airport operations
  • Maintain and update master travelling files for both international and local travel
  • Process all invoices for payments
  • Handle all admin-related filing and documentation
  • Manage email correspondence appropriately
  • Resolve travel-related issues quickly and efficiently

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in ticketing systems, reservation management, and booking processes
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
  • Experience with office management software, including MS Office, Windows, and Exchange
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple bookings effectively
  • Good record-keeping and document filing skills
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities
  • Problem-solving attitude and capacity to resolve issues efficiently

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight booking and hotel reservations
  • Experience in office management software, including MS Office, Windows, and Exchange
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous
