A candidate for Admin. Officer I should possess a Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade of Second Class Lower Division in a relevant field. If holding a Master’s degree, a minimum of Three (3) years of post-qualification administrative experience is required; if holding a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of Five (5) years of post-qualification administrative experience is necessary. This role demands strong administrative, leadership, and communication skills, with essential computer literacy.
