## Title: Administrative Officer
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. We are seeking an Administrative Officer to provide comprehensive support across administrative, marketing, and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including front desk reception, phone and email handling, office supplies management, and filing and documentation
- Maintain digital and physical records of clients, investors, projects, and partnerships
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
- Assist with onboarding of new employees or external partners, including orientation and documentation
- Ensure the office environment is organised, efficient, and aligned with company policies
- Support the marketing team by managing basic digital marketing tasks: posting content on company social media accounts, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement
- Support creation of simple digital marketing materials such as social media graphics and email newsletters using templates
- Collaborate with the team to help develop and implement digital outreach campaigns
- Assist in routine accounting tasks including recording invoices, receipts, petty cash transactions, and simple bookkeeping entries
- Support the preparation of monthly expense reports, reconcile petty cash and office expenses
- Monitor budget allocations for office and marketing activities and report variances to the manager
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of financial documents in line with company and regulatory requirements
- Respond to client enquiries and prepare presentations and reports when needed
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification with relevant experience
