## Title: Administrative Manager

About the Role

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a dynamic Administrative Manager to oversee administrative operations across our corporate office and construction sites. In this role, you will ensure smooth facility management, statutory compliance, vendor coordination, and cost control while leading a dedicated administrative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and site office operations
  • Manage facilities, security, housekeeping, transport, and accommodation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, licenses, permits, and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate with project teams and corporate departments
  • Manage administrative vendors and contracts
  • Prepare and control administrative budgets and expenses
  • Lead and supervise administrative staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Proven experience handling multiple project sites
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
