## Title: Admin/Front Desk Officer

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a dynamic Admin/Front Desk Officer position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information about the organization
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and organize records
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, manage mail and deliveries, and operate office equipment
  • Take messages and ensure clear communication between visitors and staff
  • Maintain accurate records, update spreadsheets, and prepare reports
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating events

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized records
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve administrative issues efficiently
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
