Job description
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Responsibilties
Financial Management & Oversight:
- Lead project financial planning, budgeting, expenditure tracking, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with NHF financial guidelines, donor agreements, and AISVIP financial policies.
- Review and approve financial transactions, payments, and reconciliations.
- Oversee preparation and submission of donor financial reports and audit documentation.
Administrative & Operational Management:
- Manage administrative systems, documentation, and office operations.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and asset management in coordination with relevant officers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and vendor management standards.
Human Resources & Compliance:
- Support HR functions, including recruitment, contracts, payroll, and staff records management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and safeguarding requirements.
Internal Controls & Risk Management:
- Strengthen internal control systems, risk mitigation measures, and compliance mechanisms.
- Support internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
Coordination & Support:
- Work closely with Program, Grants, MEAL, and Management teams to support smooth project implementation.
- Provide financial and administrative guidance to non-finance staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 6 - 10 years experience.
