About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Administrative Executive to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This role involves managing essential office operations and supporting organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with vendors to ensure adequate stock of necessary materials
  • Travel off-site occasionally to deliver reports and files to other departments
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company files and filing systems
  • Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings for staff members
  • Distribute memos, reports, and company information to keep staff informed of organizational updates
  • Operate office equipment including copy machines, printers, and related devices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree qualification
  • 1 - 3 years of work experience in a similar role
