About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Administrative Executive to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This role involves managing essential office operations and supporting organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with vendors to ensure adequate stock of necessary materials
- Travel off-site occasionally to deliver reports and files to other departments
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company files and filing systems
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings for staff members
- Distribute memos, reports, and company information to keep staff informed of organizational updates
- Operate office equipment including copy machines, printers, and related devices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree qualification
- 1 - 3 years of work experience in a similar role
