## Title: Admin/Customer Service Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in our Ibadan office. This position combines customer service and administrative responsibilities, requiring someone who can effectively manage client interactions while supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions
  • Record and track customer feedback for service improvement
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Support scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Handle basic data entry and document management
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory
  • Make phone calls to prospective customers to explain company products and encourage sales
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in any relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage
