## Title: Admin/Customer Service Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in our Ibadan office. This position combines customer service and administrative responsibilities, requiring someone who can effectively manage client interactions while supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions
- Record and track customer feedback for service improvement
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Handle basic data entry and document management
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory
- Make phone calls to prospective customers to explain company products and encourage sales
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- HND/BSc in any relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage
