## Title: Administrative Assistant

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the management and operations teams
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and job reports for janitorial and facility management contracts
  • Maintain updated records of client contracts, staff rosters, and site assignments
  • Track attendance, leave, and deployment schedules for janitorial staff
  • Coordinate internal communication between office and field staff
  • Manage office correspondence, calls, and emails professionally
  • Prepare and maintain administrative and operational documents, including invoices, requisitions, and memos
  • Monitor office supplies and support procurement requests for janitorial materials
  • Support HR and operations in staff documentation and record-keeping
  • Assist in planning meetings, trainings, and company events
  • Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and conducive to productive work

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
