## Title: Activity Operations Officer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate overall strategy, implementation, and team management for Installer Operations based on business strategies and sales distribution
  • Establish and enhance installer membership systems through professional training, incentive programs, community engagement, and interactive activities
  • Foster stable business relationships with Brand partners, EPCs, and installers to drive EPC-side sales
  • Provide customized training for internal and external clients including installers, channel partners, and new employees to promote brand, products, services, and sales policies
  • Empower industry knowledge and skills development across all stakeholder groups
  • Monitor market and competitor dynamics through market research to deliver information support for business development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency
  • Adaptability to handle unexpected changes and operational challenges
  • Customer service orientation and team collaboration skills
