## Title: Accounting Manager
About the Role
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within our accounting department. As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key financial operations and ensuring compliance with both local and international accounting standards.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of financial statements with local and international accounting standards
- Ensure timely submission of accurate reports to Head Office, banks, and investors
- Monitor cash flows to optimize usage and ensure continuous liquidity
- Prepare and review all tax declaration forms and ensure timely submission
- Manage proper legal documents and ensure proper filing
- Coordinate with auditors and assist their work to ensure issuance of financial statements within the Group's timeline
- Liaise with banks to facilitate banking transactions
- Assist in various accounting tasks as needed
Accounts Receivable
- Supervise the reconciliation of Accounts Receivable on a weekly basis
- Analyse AR reports at the end of every week
- Send AR reports with comments to the Accounting Head at the beginning of every week
- Ensure that all completed jobs are invoiced upon request from projects
Accounts Payable
- Supervise the reconciliation of Accounts Payable on a weekly basis
- Analyse AP reports at the end of every week
- Send AP reports with comments to the Accounting Head at the beginning of every week
Fixed Assets
- Supervise the reconciliation of Fixed Assets on a weekly basis
- Analyse FA reports at the end of every week
- Send FA reports with comments to the Accounting Head at the beginning of every week
Treasury
- Cooperate with the Accounting Head on monthly exchange rates to be used in the system
- Supervise bank reconciliation on a weekly basis
- Analyse Treasury reports at the end of every week
- Send Treasury reports with comments to the Accounting Head at the beginning of every week
Payroll
- Process and file employees' salaries, benefits, and related expenses while coordinating with the People Operations department
- Ensure proper reconciliation of payroll with the ledger
