Financial Management and Accounting

• Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and general ledger
• Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including IFRS and Nigerian tax obligations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, aligning with company standards

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Develop, implement, and monitor the hotel's annual budget in coordination with department heads
• Conduct monthly variance analysis, comparing actuals to budget, and provide insights to drive adjustments
• Prepare rolling forecasts to assist in strategic planning and ensure alignment with business goals

Hospitality-Specific Financial Management

• Calculate, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the hotel industry, including RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room), ADR (Average Daily Rate), GOP (Gross Operating Profit), and OCC (Occupancy Rate)
