About the Role

Total Child School is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the school's financial operations. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial management and supporting the school's smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare student bills, fee summaries, and termly reconciliations
• Maintain cash receipt journals and process bank transactions
• Prepare weekly student population reports and update class lists
• Manage petty cash, bank imprests, and school bank accounts
• Prepare cash flow statements, financial reports, and support budget planning
• Maintain fixed asset registers and assist with school expenditure decisions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
• ICAN or ACCA certification
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills
