About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated accountant to manage financial operations and reporting for a real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and management reports
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable
- Manage payroll and employee expense claims
- Maintain and reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Prepare tax computations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a property or construction firm
- Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA) is an advantage
