We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview: - We require an experienced female candidate proficient in accounts, bookkeeping, and procurement operations. - The ideal candidate must be capable of handling bank reconciliation, procurement, auditing, taxation, and daily transaction recording. Key Responsibilities: - Procurement ordering and follow-up with local and international vendors. - Professional mail follow-up and correspondence. - Reporting daily to the GM/MD. - Updating account policies and suggesting system improvements. - Any other duties related to the business operations. Working Days: - Monday - Friday: 9 am - 7:30 pm - Saturday: 10 am - 7:30 pm - Alternate Public Holidays: 11 am - 7 pm
