About the Role

Our client, a dynamic real estate development firm in Karasana, Abuja (FCT), is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support strategic financial planning. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Ensure tax compliance and liaise with external auditors
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (real estate experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• ICAN/ACCA certification is an added advantage

N150,000 – N250,000 per month
