About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Accountant/Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the organization's financial and accounting processes through appropriate monitoring and control over business operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the company's business and financial planning, budget performance, and management functions
• Ensure the company's accounting procedures conform to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) framework
• Design and implement best-in-class internal financial controls processes and procedures across all company operations
• Monitor compliance with all borrowing customers involving the corporation
• Ensure appropriate financial management and control processes are in place through close working relationships with various departments
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly banking transactions
• Act as liaison to bank account officers at the corporation's various banks
• Create financial statements for auditors and tax purposes as required
• Prepare yearly financial forecasts and establish financial goals
