Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Accountant to manage all financial transactions, prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, and contribute significantly to the organization's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post invoices for all sales transactions (cash and credit)
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation to ensure accurate records of financial transactions
• Manage vendor information within the system, including setting up new vendors and maintaining existing vendor records
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree
• 2-3 years of proven work experience as an Accountant
• Hands-on experience operating spreadsheets and accounting software (QuickBooks or SAGE 50)
• Proficiency in English and MS Office
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Professional certification (advantageous)
