About the Position

La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth and is open to candidates with up to three (3) years of experience.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be committed to maintaining accurate financial records, reporting, and all accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare comprehensive financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is current and accurate
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims promptly
• Monitor cash flows and report variances to management
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience (NYSC experience acceptable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
• Basic understanding of Nigerian tax laws and statutory compliance
• Residency in Ondo State or surrounding areas
