Job Summary - Our client is seeking a passionate, responsible, and highly motivated Accountant to join their team as an Internal Control & Compliance Executive. - The ideal candidate will ensure the integrity of financial operations, strengthen internal control systems, and promote a culture of compliance across all departments. Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and monitor internal control policies and procedures. - Conduct periodic audits to identify risks, control gaps, and areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and financial best practices. - Review financial records for accuracy, transparency, and integrity - Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions where necessary. - Support management in promoting accountability and ethical financial practices. Requirements - B.Sc. or HND in Accounting or related field. - ICAN qualified or in view - Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management, and compliance procedures. - High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. - Excellent communication and reporting skills.
