About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization's financial health and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure effective cost control
• Prepare and process payroll, statutory deductions, and remittances
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Support both internal and external audits
• Assist in financial forecasting and planning activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years' accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare or service industry
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally) and MS Excel
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
