About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at Grandville Medical & Laser. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization's financial health and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure effective cost control
• Prepare and process payroll, statutory deductions, and remittances
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Support both internal and external audits
• Assist in financial forecasting and planning activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Minimum of 3–5 years' accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare or service industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally) and MS Excel
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
