About the Role - Future Minds Development Initiative is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and self-driven Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance, and support the company’s financial operations. - The ideal candidate is organized, analytical and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities - Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger - Prepare financial statements - Manage accounts payable and receivable - Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow - Prepare and file tax returns and statutory payments - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies - Provide financial insights and recommendations to management Requirements - B.Sc. Degree / HND in Accounting or related field - 2 - 3 years relevant experience - Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an advantage - Good knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Excel) - Excellent analytical and communication skills - High level of integrity, attention to detail and organizational skills Check how your CV aligns with this job
